Taystee, Red, Crazy Eyes, Pennsatucky, Pornstache Mendez, Yoga Jones, and Piper (aka Dandelion). These are just a few of the names you'll become familiar with once you start your OITNB marathon. So many great characters and so many talented actors. At least a dozen cast members on this series are deserving of an Emmy nomination but if I had to pick one* standout performance I gotta go with Kate Mulgrew's portrayal of Red.
This scene from around 40 minutes into episode 2 features Red brazenly strolling around the prison with a bottle of 12 year old single malt in her hand. Check out the video and some pics below.
